We measured our Russett potato production this year.  We used new potatoes from these first few plants through the summer.  At the end of the year we had 12 plants left.  Each plant produced just over 8 pounds of potatoes or a total of 100 pounds in 12 plants.

The celery is great for soups and stir fry.  It is pretty bitter for fresh eating compared to the celery that comes from California.  It is like artichokes and fennel.  We can grow it but the growing is much easier in a longer and cooler growing climate.
